Telecaller

Job Context

We are expanding our customer support and sales team to handle increasing inquiries for our packaging products. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers—helping them with product information, guiding them through queries, and generating leads for the sales team.
No prior experience is required; we will provide complete training. We are looking for someone who is confident, polite, and eager to learn.
Job Responsibility

Make outbound calls to potential customers and share information about our products
Answer inbound calls, understand customer needs, and provide basic assistance
Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and lead details
Follow up with interested customers and book meetings for the sales team
Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively
Build good relationships with customers to improve conversion
Educational Requirement

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (English optional)
Experience Requirement

Freshers can apply
Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Additional Requirement
Must be confident, polite, and good at communication
Ability to handle customer queries with patience
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling apps, and phone usage
Must be willing to learn and grow in a sales environment
Should be punctual, responsible, and a team player
